Body Firm Strength training and toning class focuses on abs, buns and thighs. You will burn mega calories in one hour. [Incorporates weights, bands and stability balls] GREAT class for beginners to advanced fitness levels.

CardioToneAn upbeat cardio and weight lifting work-out. 40 minutes burns MEGA calories!

PilatesComboThis core and strength training class mixes several kinds of full body exercises. Pilates floor exercises are incorporated with upper body weight training and lower body resistance. The class varies to maximize your muscle tone and overall body strength. Excellent for all fitness levels.

PilatesJamThis is an upbeat Pilates class, incorporating upper body weight lifting and lower body resistance with LOTS of core exercises.

SunriseYogaThis class is an outdoor class. It will be held in the grass, weather permitting. Light strength training, moderate yoga moves and lots of stretching to get your morning off right!

Up&GoAn early morning upbeat work-out. Gets your day started right! Includes cardio, strength training and Pilates combinations. Weights, balls and bands are incorporated.

Workout BuddiesA parent and child class offering one-on-one fun through aerobics, flexibility and partners exercises.

YogilatesA combination of Pilates and Yoga moves. Focused on strength and stretching, this class is perfect for every lifestyle and fitness level.
